WikiSoft Private Placement

Invitation to buy shares in WikiSoft Corp.

Wikisoft Corp. is preparing its public listing on the OTC Stock Market in the United States, April 2019 as the first WIKI company in the World.

The shares will be offered at US$ 4.25 including discount on a first-come, first-serve basis. Minimum order is 1,000 shares.

The closing date for reserving shares is May 28, 2019.
